MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 240 credits toward a National Diploma in Behavioural Sciences and Human Resources at NQF 6.
- two years of experience or training in generalist or specialized HR roles
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help with offering line managers and staff advice on all facets of Eskom’s conditions of service.
- help to guarantee that corporate performance and employee satisfaction both increase.
- Provide information to help create a plan for workplace skills.
- help to make sure the region receives an efficient talent sourcing service.
- Help line management by offering assistance in fostering and preserving positive labor and employee relations.
- Help collect and deliver management data to front-line staff.
- Help to facilitate the creation and execution of processes for training and development.
