Core Functions:
- Records management: Make sure that all documents are kept securely, including correspondence filed and HR files opened and closed.
- File maintenance involves keeping an eye on files in accordance with the file index (NMIR), checking them on a regular basis, and managing file movement by assigning files to the appropriate HR personnel and tracking their return.
- Documentation: Keep a file index, track documents for distribution, and circulate correspondence.
- File indexing: Open files in accordance with the file index and verify the number of folios on a regular basis.
