Purpose Statement
- To promptly and effectively offer clients across the Business Bank product range telephone support as well as chat support via Glia, while making sure that policies, protocols, and procedures are followed.
Experience
Minimum:
- more than a year’s experience in a call center
- How to communicate and/or teach information in a clear, concise manner with good pronunciation and enunciation
- Principles and practices of client service
Ideal:
- Experience in a banking environment
- Knowledge of conflict resolution basic knowledge and comprehension of technology
- Tools and techniques for communicating via phone and the internet
Qualifications (Minimum)
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
- FAIS accredited as Key Individual and approved by FSCA
Knowledge
Minimum:
- 1yr+ service call centre experience
- How to share and/or impart information clearly and succinctly – strong enunciation and pronunciation
- Client service principles and practices
