RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints;
  • give customers information about products and services;
  • deal with work-related stress;
  • answer calls in a professional manner;
  • respond to customer inquiries;
  • accurately enter customer information into orders;
  • identify and escalate priority issues; sell to customers;
  • route calls to the appropriate resources;
  • follow up with customers when needed;
  • fulfill commitments to customers;
  • and perform other tasks as delegated by management.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

 Essential 

  • Matric
  • African Languages i.e. Xhosa, Zulu, Venda, Sotho, Tshona

 

Skills

  • 6 months Call Centre Experience
  • Computer Literacy
