RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle and resolve customer complaints;
- give customers information about products and services;
- deal with work-related stress;
- answer calls in a professional manner;
- respond to customer inquiries;
- accurately enter customer information into orders;
- identify and escalate priority issues; sell to customers;
- route calls to the appropriate resources;
- follow up with customers when needed;
- fulfill commitments to customers;
- and perform other tasks as delegated by management.

- African Languages i.e. Xhosa, Zulu, Venda, Sotho, Tshona
Skills
