Duties & Responsibilities:

Cold Calling

  • Examine current student databases and get in touch with current students to request recommendations.
  • Get in touch with current students’ parents and ask them about their sibling’s potential enrollment at Rosebank College.
  • Bring back dormant pupils from the database.
  • Reach out to potential pupils in order to promote the brand.

Telephonic Consultations

  • Make the first phone call to potential pupils.
  • Present the brand. Ask them to participate in phone interviews to talk about potential career paths.
  • Arrange consultations over the phone. Describe the method and the goal of the interview.
  • Get student information and enter it into the database.
  • Describe the philosophy of Rosebank College.
  • To determine a course of interest, pose questions specific to a career.
  • Talk in-depth about the course or courses. Verify your comprehension.
  • Answer the questions and concerns of the students or prospects.
  • Give prospective students or students advice on getting accepted to Rosebank College.
  • Throughout the interview process, establish a rapport with the pupils.
  • Inform pupils of the deadline for applications.

Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Matric (NQF Level 4 Qualification)
  • Sales qualification – Ideal

Experience

  • Sales experience (1 Year)
