Responsibilities:
- Support, help, and resolution should be given in accordance with the iStore trade hours.
- Reaching goals Respect for the policies and procedures of contact centers
- Respond to grievances, respond to inquiries, and offer assistance and general information.
- Understand the Core Group’s service level initiatives, client care, and client satisfaction standards inside and out.
- Show a strong dedication to meeting and surpassing client expectations and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills and the capacity to interact with clients and coworkers in difficult circumstances, such as handling irate clients or resolving conflicts.
- Technical assistance: Taking care of technological problems over the phone and perhaps conducting technical research
- Status inquiries: Answer clients’ questions about all ongoing repairs; keep track of all incoming phone calls. Client support
Requirements:
- South African ID with a
- Matric Certificate
- A minimum of one year’s experience working in a call center
