DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. An accomplished IT support technician with three to five years of expertise to maintain our IT infrastructure and offer thorough technical support
2. Technical troubleshooting: identify and fix intricate problems with network, hardware, and software systems.
3. Infrastructure Management: Help with the upkeep and management of network equipment, servers, and other vital IT infrastructure.
4. Project Support: Work along with members of the IT team on more significant IT projects, offering assistance and technical knowledge.
5. User Support: Offer users direct assistance with problems pertaining to computer hardware, software, and systems.
6. This covers controlling access control and creating new user accounts.
7. Instruction and Counseling: Provide users with instruction and counseling to improve their comprehension of systems and applications.
8. Documentation: Keep thorough records of user requests, technical problems, and fixes. Create and maintain IT policies and procedures.
9. Assist in the deployment of security measures and make sure that IT security policies and procedures are followed.
10. Coordination of Vendors: Communicate with outside suppliers for software and equipment upkeep and repairs.
11. Performance Monitoring: Keep an eye on system performance and report any irregularities or necessary enhancements.
12. Emergency Response: Respond and resolve IT emergencies and system disruptions quickly.

REQUIREMENTS: 

1. Three to five years of experience in an IT support or similar role thorough understanding of computer networks, software, and systems
2. Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities
3. Preferred are pertinent IT credentials, such as Microsoft and CompTIA.
