RESPONSIBILITIES:
- confirming that the right merchandise is loaded in accordance with the picking list or invoice.
- ensuring that the customer receives the right merchandise in accordance with the invoice.
- uplifting returns and buybacks in accordance with the uplift paperwork and claim.
- Make sure that customer damaged stock and buybacks/returns are appropriately recorded on the HHC and brought back to the Debriefer.
- Make ensuring that all routine inspections, maintenance, and other tasks involving Simba vehicles are carried out in compliance with Simba policies and procedures.
- Make certain that the delivery vehicle’s outside and interior are constantly kept neat and clean.
- Verify that all customer PODs are understandable and compliant with Simba policies and procedures
- . Oversee the delivery assistant.
- Respect the regulations pertaining to health, safety, and security (PPE Compliance). Respect traffic laws and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Code 14 for Matric (Code EC: Horse & Trailer). proficiency and familiarity with handheld computers (HHCs).
- Two years of experience is required.
- strong desire for success and the capacity to perform well under duress.
- the capacity for effective consumer communication.
- being flexible and able to adjust to changes in the workplace.
