General Administration

  • Make sure notice boards are maintained neatly and current.
  • Timetables for Semesters 1 and 2 should be printed and posted outside of each location. establishing test/exam settings during assessments in accordance with the guidelines of the IIE009 Assessment Strategy and Policy.
  • printing the registration forms for the seating arrangements that will be put outside the venue during test and exam cycles.
  • printing the assessment log sheets that must be included with the invigilator pack and are necessary for test/exam sessions.
  • All supplemental, discontinuation, and special examinations and assessments are included in this, along with photocopy replacement, additional, and practical assessments in accordance with assessment policy and procedure (including printing seating plan registers, assessment log sheets, and invigilator reports).
  • Exam and test invigilation As needed, take minutes during campus meetings.
  • During busy times, assist the Academic
  • Operations Navigator with general administrative tasks (such as getting ready for Open Days campus events like graduation, registration, parent evenings, and portfolio night).
  • Graduation Cycle: Track and follow up on unfinished business and upload pertinent papers to SIS Helping with Graduation Prep (GR008 will be utilized on graduation day and assistance will be provided on that day) Compile data for reports upon request.
  • From the National Office Oversee Metrofile and store files for off-site archiving.
  • During lunch breaks or as needed, relieve the receptionist and/or information specialist.
