In addition to providing general assistance to the Engineering department, you will carry out a range of clerical tasks to maintain efficient office operations. An effective, active, and corporative person who can multitask well with little to no direct supervision is our ideal applicant. the computer system’s processing of all the data produced by the purchasing functions

RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
Key Attributes and Competencies
  • possess expertise in and familiarity with Oracle
  • Create an order based on a request
  • Complete the transaction after you receive the invoice.
  • Investigate supplier inaccuracies on invoices, including credit notes and inaccurate amounts or values.
  • Comply with all departmental typing specifications.
  • When needed, assist with engineering store tasks like as stock takes.
  • Help with the Planned Maintenance processing
  • possess familiarity with and expertise in computerized maintenance systems (DMS)
  • Need to be able to use the system to produce job cards
  • Ability to provide system feedback is a must.

QUALIFICATIONS
