Job Purpose
to handle account management for large clients, provide tariff advice, and create statistical documentation.
Key Responsibility Areas
• Helps investigate customer inquiries and provides consumers and consultants with guidance on tariff structures and the best tariff choice.
• Manages all correspondence with bulk customers, maintains agreement records, and handles requests.
• Drafts agreements for funding the electrical reticulation and bulk supply agreements.
New bulk account numbers are issued, all new customer information is entered into the computer, and address, name, notified demand, and agreement kinds are updated.
• Provides data on electricity sales to academic institutions and other organizations upon request.
• Performs general secretarial tasks, such as providing tariff schedules, updating the consumer index, and providing customers with the necessary information.

Essential Requirements
• An administrative certificate and Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or above.
• A current license to drive a car.
• Three years of experience in the field.
• Proficiency in computers.
Preferred Requirements
• A diploma in administration (NQF Level 6) or any other relevant and comparable credential.
• Four years of experience in the field.
