Description
- Update the maintenance system and record the hours of flight, landings, oil consumption, and complaints for ATLT every day;
- Record work packs as needed;
- As needed, file and scan hard copy documents;
- help keep a document storage area organized in accordance with rules, guidelines, and standards; distinct inbound documentation for designated aircraft;
- Find any inconsistencies on ATLRs and missing log pages, then get in touch with the appropriate parties to acquire accurate records;
- Determine and explain how the MRO system and ATLRs differ in terms of hours and cycles;
- Update all ATLR part movements and adjustments;
- Check and record the received certifications; Inform administrators of any additional parts;
- Help update the MRO System with work orders, advertisements, SBs, EOS, STs, repairs, etc., and file the necessary paperwork;
- distribute documents in accordance with departmental requests;

Requirements
- One to two years of technical records administration experience in a mid-sized organization (Essential);
- a certificate or diploma in administration or a similar field (Advantageous);
- and grade 12 or its equivalent familiarity with technical maintenance systems, aircraft records systems, or aircraft documentation (advantageous);
- able to put in more time at work.
