Key Responsibilities:

  • Make one hundred calls a day to inquire on lapsed leads.
  • Provide leads to purchasers as asked
  • Ensure that all interactions are accurately and current recorded in the CRM system.
  • Save at least seventy-five discounts per month.
  • Meeting the demands of customers and swiftly resolving problems is how you deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Work together with buyers and other managers to make sure lead management is effective.
  • Analyze helps to maximize transaction closing and prioritize follow-ups.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Grade 12
  • Previous preferably outbound call centre experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday: Shifts 08:00 -17:00, 09:00 – 18:00
  • Weekends: Every second Saturday and one Sunday a month, for 5 hours from 10:00 – 14:00

  • Own reliable transport
