Key Responsibilities
• Call preparation, both incoming and outgoing.
• Call opening quality.
• The caliber of the collection call.
• The accuracy of the credit line affordability estimates.
• Educating the Client: providing information about the advantages of payment, NCA, Fashion Delivery Service, and the repercussions of nonpayment.
• Administration: Shows the ability to quickly and accurately follow administrative call protocols, update customer information, and summarize remarks in the memo field.
• Call-ending quality
Qualifications and Experience Qualification/s:
• Matric or equivalent qualification
Experience / Knowledge:
• Prior related experience is beneficial.
- Proficiencies Technical Crucial Skills:
• proficient with computers (Word, Excel)
