REQUIREMENTS
-Grades 10 and 12 (with an extra benefit).
-A current driver’s license (extra benefit).
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities (bilingual required).
– Candidates who live in the Midvaal region will be given priority.
– The capacity to comprehend and carry out instructions.
-Good physical health, fundamental abilities, and familiarity in performing manual labor.
– Must fulfill the post’s operating criteria.
-A diligent, disciplined individual.
-An additional benefit will be one year of suitable general worker experience in an engineering or roads section (water, purification, sewer, roads, electrical) within a local government authority.
DUTIES
-In charge of using safety tools and shielded hands to load and unload the section’s supplies and machinery.
-Post signs alerting drivers to the presence of workers along municipal roadways while excavation work is being done.
-Use a variety of hand labor tools and equipment to clean the working area of responsibility and its surroundings to maintain a clean atmosphere.
-Complete any labor-intensive tasks as directed by the section superintendent or supervisor.
-Fulfilling all legal directives from the supervisor in order to maintain the section’s efficiency and production.
-Complete any other relevant Ad Hoc activities and responsibilities as needed or asked from time to time by management (supervisor).
