An appropriately qualified, results-oriented, and highly motivated Administration Clerk is needed by AFGRI Retail. The Administration Clerk will be in charge of efficiently maintaining the branch’s administrative operations.

Responsible for effective maintenance of the administrative functions of the branch.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Grade 12
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
- 1 year administration experience in Receiving.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Assist with ad hoc reception tasks and accept and file all delivery notes.
- Verify that every document is processed and that the system’s number sequence is accurate.
- Keep up positive client connections and respond to client inquiries.
- Create reports from the system on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis (such as a report on negative inventory, outstanding purchase orders, and outstanding claims).
- Produce inventory reports and support the quarterly inventory process.
- Record inventory counts on the system’s sheets.
- Create a variance report and inform the line manager of the variance.
