Purpose of the Role
To provide customers with cellular services and products in order to satisfy customer requirements and maximize the Business Units profitability
Key Outputs
- Fulfill the objectives of each individual contract in order to increase the Business Unit’s profitability.
- Encourage clients to purchase contract products in order to increase the Business Unit’s worth and profitability.
- Follow the necessary procedures while handling contract applications.
- Treat consumers with a customer-centric approach.
- Efficient self-regulation and collaboration
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- 1–2 years of experience working in the retail sector;
- product knowledge for contracts services
- Risk assessment Microsoft Office competency
- Communication abilities,
- both written and spoken
- Social abilities
Skills & Knowledge
- Information Systems for Management
- Sales Acumen for SAP Systems, Vodacom C3D, M2, MTN Ilula & OMS, Telkom CRM, AVS, PayJoy & Vumatel Credit Services
