Purpose of the Role

 

To provide customers with cellular services and products in order to satisfy customer requirements and maximize the Business Units profitability

 

Key Outputs

1. Fulfill the objectives of each individual contract in order to increase the Business Unit’s profitability.
2. Encourage clients to purchase contract products in order to increase the Business Unit’s worth and profitability.
3. Follow the necessary procedures while handling contract applications.
4. Treat consumers with a customer-centric approach.
5. Efficient self-regulation and collaboration

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• 1–2 years of experience working in the retail sector;
• product knowledge for contracts services
• Risk assessment Microsoft Office competency
• Communication abilities,
• both written and spoken
• Social abilities

Skills & Knowledge

• Information Systems for Management
• Sales Acumen for SAP Systems, Vodacom C3D, M2, MTN Ilula & OMS, Telkom CRM, AVS, PayJoy & Vumatel Credit Services
• thorough familiarity with IC policies, practices, procedures, and processes
