The biggest Apple Premium Reseller in Africa, iStore, is looking for tech-savvy, retail-focused people with great communication skills to join their team as iStore Sales Consultants. iStore is committed to offering professional guidance, Apple Authorized Repairs, business solutions, education, training, and technical support for all things Apple. The company has more than 30 physical and online locations around Africa.
Responsibilities:
In the role of an iStore Sales Consultant, the individual takes on a critical responsibility of maximizing sales opportunities within the iStore environment. This role encompasses several key functions, including:
– Providing clients with first-hand access to the newest Apple services and technologies.
– Being proactive in communicating with clients and learning about their individual needs.
– Offering thorough and customized solutions to meet these demands.
-Creating remarkable and unforgettable experiences that appeal to clients.
-iStore makes sure all of its sales consultants have the skills and resources necessary to succeed in this position.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:
– At least a Matric certificate (or a comparable diploma from a high school).
– Prior sales experience is ideal, particularly in a retail environment. On the other hand, being knowledgeable about the product might be advantageous.
– A great interest for Apple products and some past expertise connected to these products.
