Key outputs and responsibilities:
- Running machinery and overseeing related procedures and output in packing
- Interpret and carry out the shift’s production strategy.
- Run both automatic and manual machinery online in accordance with requirements.
- Assure productivity and process quality.
- Execute administrative tasks, such as process tracking and monitoring, and take necessary action.
- Handle PIMS and POMS, and address any bad patterns with remedial action.
- Using QFRs (according to triggers)As needed, contribute to AB reports.
- Make sure your workplace is secure and hygienic.
Profile:
- A minimum of Grade 12 or its equivalent,
- such as a National Diploma or N4, would be preferred.
- An added benefit would be an IOB certificate
- and experience in the packaging FMCG sector.
