Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Making sure the reception area is kept up and the switchboard is professionally managed
- Greeting guests and providing them with expert assistance
- Serving as the point of contact for on-site service providers
- Keeping an eye on business internet connectivity and offering a precise data collection function assisting the province administratively, such as by setting up meetings and taking minutes

Requirements
Minimum requirements:
- Senior National Certificate or its equivalent
- Two years of administratively oriented experience working as a receptionist fundamental understanding of internet connectivity (beneficial)
- Knowledge of computers, especially the
- Microsoft Office Suite

- Telephone manners
- Communication in writing and verbally
- Organization and time management
- Management and meticulousness
Abilities:
- Show initiative and perform effectively under pressure.
- Be focused on results rather than just tasks.
