Duties & Responsibilities
Monthly sales targets with set budget volumes will be met:
A minimum of four displays must be implemented each month, and monthly action plans must be supplied.
Have reviews meetings with agents once a week.
Create monthly action plans for each customer to meet their goals.
A weekly schedule of routes shall be adhered to.
Build strong bonds with each and every regional and store manager.
