🎓 Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Computer literacy is essential
- Experience in data capturing will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong telephone etiquette
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and numerical abilities
- Ability to work with data systems effectively
- A diploma or any additional qualification will be advantageous
🧾 Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to perform the following duties:
- Capture data accurately and in real-time
- Work with systems such as:
- DHIS
- SAP-HIS
- Tier.net
- Assist with answering incoming calls professionally
- Perform general office administration duties
- Conduct data reconciliation and ensure accuracy
- Analyse data and identify missing or incorrect information
- Ensure all captured data meets required standards
