Apply for the 15-month flash learnership programme based at our call centre in Bellville.
What the programme offers:
A Contact Center Operations NQF Level 3 qualification,
which will serve as the foundation for further personal development and career opportunities;
Full-time employment on a Fixed Term contract basis as part of a learnership agreement;
Structured formal classroom training; Practical workplace activities;

Skills developed during qualification
Identify with call center clients and their needs;
provide factual and correct information in response to inquiries from clients;
collect and handle call center-specific data;
work well in a diverse team environment;
and carry out call center operations.
