📄 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

🛠️ KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Administration Clerk (Asset Controller), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing efficient administrative support to the Court
  • Maintaining a complete, accurate, and reliable asset register
  • Conducting regular physical verification of assets
  • Ensuring all assets are properly recorded and accounted for
  • Identifying and reporting:
    • Lost or stolen assets
    • Damaged or unserviceable assets
    • Redundant or obsolete equipment
  • Monitoring leased assets and tracking contract expiry dates
  • Assisting in ensuring compliance with asset management policies
