📄 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

🛠️ KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Administration Clerk (Asset Controller), your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing efficient administrative support to the Court
- Maintaining a complete, accurate, and reliable asset register
- Conducting regular physical verification of assets
- Ensuring all assets are properly recorded and accounted for
- Identifying and reporting:
- Lost or stolen assets
- Damaged or unserviceable assets
- Redundant or obsolete equipment
- Monitoring leased assets and tracking contract expiry dates
- Assisting in ensuring compliance with asset management policies
