Requirements:

To be considered for this learnership, candidates must meet the following criteria:

– Age Range: Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 29.

– Education Level: Candidates with at least a Grade 10 education are allowed to apply, while a Matric qualification is desirable.

– Contract Commitment: Applicants must be willing and able to commit to a 12-month fixed-term contract.

– Employment History: Candidates should not have worked for a single employer on a permanent basis for longer than a year.

– Study Status: During the employment year (April 23–March 24), candidates cannot be enrolled in full-time classes.

– YES Program Participation: Candidates cannot have previously enrolled for or engaged in the YES program.

– Lodging and Transportation: If necessary, candidates are in charge of making their own lodging and travel plans.
