Purpose Statement
- To greet customers, manage the branch traffic through effective queue management, deliver first-rate customer care, help customers at the ATM, and process transactions via any remote or self-service channel. Get the information, expertise, and experience necessary for service consulting by doing this.
Experience
Minimum:
- No prior experience is necessary, although the candidate must possess a Grade 12 National Certificate.
Ideal:
- A little background in customer service from a retail, banking, or financial setting
Qualifications (Minimum)
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Knowledge
Minimum:
- simple math
- How to interact with others clarity and comprehension of one’s own goals,
- as well as ambition and a desire to learn.
Ideal:
- Knowledge of bank branch environments
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes (internal)
