Job Description
  • Acquire unfinished business, submissions, etc., printed by the main office
  • Include private stop orders with your request or letter of lodging.
  • Accept applications from the broker consultant or district manager.
  • Verify applications for accuracy, completeness, and the presence of any necessary attachments.
  • PERSAL: Make inquiries about Qlink affordability

GENERAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

  • Respond to incoming calls, deal with inquiries, or refer to the appropriate people
  • Help Area Manager with additional administrative tasks.
  • Support for administrative staff Report malfunctioning equipment right once, and monitor upkeep.
  • Take care of internal and external posts.
  • Make sure all paperwork is finished before removing assets from the branch.
  • Verify new hires’ MIE backgrounds and provide relevant management with progress or outcome reports.
  • Apply for policies by mail to Head Office.
  • Help Broker Consultants and District Managers with their insurance administration responsibilities typing memos, emails, and letters Copy Agreements Take a fingerprint
Job Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • 1-2 years relevant office administration experience will be a definite advantage
  • Clear ITC
  • Clear criminal record
  • Experience in AVBOB production system will be an advantage
