An experienced and appropriately trained warehouse administrator has the opportunity to join the Production Support Team in an exciting and challenging role.The job’s headquarters are in Durban, South Africa. Purpose of the job
must oversee the complete stock handling process, which includes precise inbound data entry into SAP, effective picking and prompt client delivery, and thorough documentation and reporting for efficient tracking. To guarantee on-time, comprehensive deliveries and the highest level of customer satisfaction, this position requires accuracy, urgency, and strategic planning in addition to proactive departmental communication and rigorous adherence to standard operating procedures.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Help with the physical inventory check and make sure that FIFO (First In, First Out) control protocols are followed.
- Verify transfer orders in SAP to guarantee precise bin clearance and compliance with SAP delivery records.
- Verify with sales and customers that all needs are fulfilled by validating purchase orders (P.O.s), sales orders, bills of entry (BOE), and packing specifications.
- Make sure all daily delivery notes are correctly filed against the appropriate client bins by keeping an organized filing system.
- Handle product returns in SAP within 48 hours, and notify the Team Leader and GAP (Goods Allocation Process) of any problems or modifications.
- Be prepared to put in extra hours if necessary to satisfy client requests and support ongoing client satisfaction.

Profil Request :
Experiential and Educational requirements:
- A minimum of a Matric or Grade 12
- Higher Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management
- A relevant diploma in operations, supply chain management, or logistics SAP,
- Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills two to three years of relevant experience.
- License to Operate a Forklift or Reach Truck (Advantageous)
