You will answer to the GM: Broker Partners as a Sales Support Consultant, and your duties will include general administrative support, diary management, and secretarial work.

Job Description

Working under the general manager of Broker Partners, you will be accountable for providing secretarial support, diary management, and comprehensive general administration as a Sales Support Consultant.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

 

  • carrying out administrative and secretarial tasks while answering to high management.
  • typing, editing, and formatting presentations, papers, and reports.
  • retaining records, updating databases, and entering data.
  • arranging travel, taking calls, and communicating with internal departments.
  • Handling senior management’s correspondence both internally and externally.
  • sending reminders, keeping an events calendar, and setting up appointments.
  • taking notes and copying, scanning, and faxing papers.
  • setting up the venue for the planned events and, if necessary, making
  • arrangements for refreshments.
  • ordering new office supplies and keeping track of mail and delivery services.
  • following proper protocol and business etiquette

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE?

 

  • five to seven years of relevant work experience
  • It will help to have prior experience serving executives.
  • a track record of administration
  • a degree or diploma in secretarial/administrative from a recognized university
  • a current driver’s license
  • Own transportation is required.
  • extensive knowledge of using office programs like Microsoft Word,
  • Excel, and PowerPoint to create papers and spreadsheets.
  • Proficient note-taking, typing, record-keeping, and organizing abilities.
  • Capacity to oversee both internal and external communication.
  • practical familiarity with copiers, scanners, printers, and fax machines.
  • proficiency with call forwarding and appointment scheduling
  • programs like Microsoft Outlook.
  • exceptional communication skills both in writing and speaking.
  • Outstanding communication abilities with others.
