Job Description

Purpose of the role

The ideal applicant for this position will be in charge of capturing orders, obtaining documentation, and handling administration in addition to converting in-person clients into sales by fulfilling sales targets and providing a tangible product demonstration. To be able to market the characteristics and advantages of each product and category, you will need to determine our clients’ urgent needs and have clear instructions on product pricing and offers as linked with the catalogue. Together with taking payments from customers and processing their refunds or credits, you will also answer their questions.

 

Manage the customer journey account opening and order processing

  • Make sure to welcome customers as they enter. Make sure to determine what she needs right away.
  • Make sure the merchandise is exhibited as it appears in the catalog. Encourage and provide incentives for NTF clients to register for an account.
  • Make sure product price is accurate, and find out who the customers are. ATB
  • Assist customers with order processing, returns, installment payments, and question resolution.
  • Make ensuring that service level agreements for support and customer services are established and met.
  • Ensure that a courteous, professional, and effective service is provided by serving as an ambassador.
  • Make sure clients receiving assistance from self-help kiosks
  • Facilitate day-to-day administrative tasks related to order processing, customer support, and vetting Make sure you achieve business goals while upholding a high standard of client satisfaction while

Provide an exceptional customer experience

  • Assume accountability by making sure that guidance is consistently provided in the best interests of the client.
  • Respond correctly to objections in order to guarantee that desired outcomes are obtained while preserving client happiness.
  • Always strive to enhance the clientele’s experience and the quality of services provided.

Administration & Reporting 

  • obtaining delivery receipts from DC
  • Accepting returned products with security
  • Communicating Parcels for Click & Collect with the Admin Manager
  • ensuring that merchandise is moved to and from the DC in accordance with policy
  • Achieve regular completion of stock takes in accordance with established KPAs.
Job Requirements
  • Grade 12/Matric/NQFL 3/ NQFL 4 (Minimum Required)
  • 1 Years experience in retail
  • Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Working in the homewares retail industry would be advantageous
