Duties & Responsibilities:
- Simple Invoicing Help walk-in customers and dealers uphold the office’s systems
- Help the car sales staff with administrative paperwork
- Help the vehicle buying staff with administrative paperwork
- Act as a contact between the branch and the head office
- Oversee the upkeep and arrangement of office supplies and equipment.
- Reporting every month, etc.
- Understanding the terms used in the vehicle industry and how it operates
Skills:

- Excellent customer service abilities and a strong attention to detail in organizing
- Organize yourself and be able to follow instructions from others in a position of power.

Further Requirements:
- Must live in Richmond or the neighboring region, ideally
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle.
- Must have at least three years of experience in a similar capacity.
