Responsibilities:
- advising potential buyers of the range of Umsuka items available. answering and satisfyingly addressing inquiries from clients.
- ensuring prompt processing of applications.
- ensuring the timely clearance and submission of contracts in order to receive payment.
- Communicate with the relevant Fidelity branch contacts to ensure that loans are issued to clients in an efficient manner.
- making certain that the Consumer Protection Act, the National Credit Act, and any other compliance-related regulations are strictly followed at all times.
- helping the organization with matters pertaining to the market.
- Assist and provide general customer care to Umsuka Wemali financing customers.
Experience and qualifications:
- A National Certificate in Customer Service or
- Grade 12 Experience in call centers and customer service
- Having prior experience in a credit lending setting would be advantageous.ge
