Responsibilities:

  • advising potential buyers of the range of Umsuka items available. answering and satisfyingly addressing inquiries from clients.
  • ensuring prompt processing of applications.
  • ensuring the timely clearance and submission of contracts in order to receive payment.
  • Communicate with the relevant Fidelity branch contacts to ensure that loans are issued to clients in an efficient manner.
  • making certain that the Consumer Protection Act, the National Credit Act, and any other compliance-related regulations are strictly followed at all times.
  • helping the organization with matters pertaining to the market.
  • Assist and provide general customer care to Umsuka Wemali financing customers.

Experience and qualifications:

  • A National Certificate in Customer Service or
  • Grade 12 Experience in call centers and customer service
  • Having prior experience in a credit lending setting would be advantageous.ge
