Duties & Responsibilities
Customer, Stakeholder and Client Relationship Management
- Perform unique tasks as directed by a direct superior;
- escort visitors and staff to various mine areas;
- and communicate with the client’s managers to update them on assignments completed.
Risk Control Operations
- Patrol every mine area (either on foot or in a vehicle);
- carry out administrative tasks pertaining to the assigned field of expertise; serve as a reaction officer;
- and inspect industrial action vehicles, fire apparatus, and crowd control apparatus.
- Keep an eye on authorized access, manage access to company property, help with tasks,
- respond to alarms, report irregularities,
- assist with preliminary investigations, gather evidence at crime scenes,
- help control waste by cutting down on expenses, materials, time, and equipment, and find informers and information from all sources.
- Carry out protection and guarding tasks.
- Carry out observational tasks. Serve as a security guard at official events.
