Job Description
Purpose of the job

to fulfill operational throughput requirements while packaging the final product in a hygienic and food-safe manner in accordance with quality specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Use a variety of packing machines to package the final product.
• Meet the production goal for each shift.
• Make sure that quality is continuously monitored and findings are recorded.
• Make sure the workspace is always kept clean and safe for food.
• Notify the manager or supervisor of any production outages as soon as possible.
• Keep track of and examine the causes of downtime.
• thorough cleaning of the space and machine.
• HOD InvocomTM participation and facilitation requests random tasks

Qualification Requirements

• Experience in Grade 12 or
• Matric Conditions
• Two to three years of experience in the milling industry
• Three to four years of packaging operator experience
