**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Call Centre Agents to handle customer and passenger inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. This role involves shift work, including weekends and public holidays, and requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
– Receive and respond to customer/passenger calls
– Address issues such as delays, cancellations, and other concerns
– Explain processes clearly and assist customers as needed
– Work collaboratively in a team, often during extended or shift hours
– Handle confidential information with professionalism
– Communicate effectively with customers verbally and in writing

**Requirements**
– Grade 12 (Matric)
– 1-4 years of experience in a call centre environment
– Travel or relevant qualification (advantageous)
– Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing)
– Solid computer literacy
– Exceptional phone etiquette
– Clean criminal and credit record
– Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours
– Own transport (advantageous)
