**Job Description**
**Position: Administrative Assistant**

**Responsibilities**
– Deliver administrative support to various departments as required.
– Swiftly adapt to the workflows, policies, and specific needs of assigned departments.
– Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, correspondence, and records management.
– Maintain efficient daily operations by proactively identifying and resolving administrative challenges.
– Seamlessly transition between departments while upholding professionalism and efficiency.
– Adjust to diverse priorities, tasks, and team dynamics based on departmental requirements.
– Suggest and implement enhancements to administrative processes for improved consistency and sustainability.
– Share effective practices across departments where relevant.
– Support team members to contribute to collective team objectives.

**Requirements**
– Grade 12 or equivalent (mandatory).
– At least 1 year of experience in a general administrative or similar role (mandatory).
– Familiarity with office tools, including scheduling and filing systems.
– Ability to rapidly learn new software, systems, and processes.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
– Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Effective time-management and multitasking capabilities.
– Problem-solving aptitude.
