**Job Purpose**
To ensure accurate administration and control of municipal operation and revenue billing services, delivering efficient and high-quality customer service.

**Key Responsibility Areas**
– Respond promptly to customer queries regarding municipal revenue services
– Provide accurate information on municipal services offered
– Perform administrative tasks to maintain excellent customer service standards
– Process registrations for new and existing municipal customers
– Manage terminations for existing customers
– Handle name change requests
– Address inquiries related to valuation roll changes and property registrations
– Contribute to policy changes and initiatives to enhance customer service
– Embrace contact centre culture, leveraging technology for efficient service delivery
– Support customers in registering and creating profiles on eServices

**Essential Requirements**

– 3 years of relevant experience

**Work Environment**
– **Location**: Municipal office or contact centre
– **Conditions**: Office-based, requiring strong customer interaction and administrative precision
