**Join ACSA as a Car Park Attendant**
**Job Purpose**
Reporting to the Senior Operation Coordinator, the Car Park Attendant will ensure the functionality, cleanliness, and compliance of car park operations, providing excellent customer service and maintaining operational standards at an airport facility.
**Key Performance Outputs**
– Patrol car park areas to monitor equipment functionality and cleanliness, reporting non-compliance
– Clear coin and note jams from pay stations as needed
– Follow up on reported non-compliance to ensure corrective actions are taken
– Notify relevant personnel during emergencies
– Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and reporting of equipment
– Monitor and report infrastructure non-compliance
– Participate in ad hoc services as required
– Ensure smooth shift handovers to minimize disruptions
– Assist customers with equipment issues to maintain traffic flow
– Support customers with card payments and provide change when needed
– Replenish change at pay stations
– Manage and reconcile the daily float
– Adhere to statutory regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational standards, policies, and practices
**Technical Skills and Experience**
– Valid Matric (Grade 12) qualification
– 1 year of experience in airport operations (essential)
– Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
– Valid Code B driver’s license

**Work Environment**
– **Location**: Airport facility, Northern Cape Province
