Key Performance Areas
-Provide professional and general administrative assistance to all sections as needed.
-Address all inquiries and complaints related to applicable regulatory and legislative processes.
-Keep relevant system data current and well-maintained.
-Support the processing of registration applications for minibus taxi associations, including members and non-members.
-Inform applicants of decisions made by the provincial taxi registrar.
-Manage all correspondence effectively.
-Prepare agendas, minutes, and reports for meetings.
-Handle claims, trip authorizations, and other necessary logistical tasks.

Remuneration
-Annual salary range: R228,321 – R268,950 (Salary Level 5).
