Job Purpose
To provide a streamlined and effective cashier service for the Transgression Management Subsection.
Application Requirements
-Completion of Grade 12 with Mathematics or Accounting.
-Relevant experience in administrative and/or cashier roles.
-Proficiency in computer use.
-No criminal record (except for convictions tied to political activities from a prior era), no ongoing criminal cases (e.g., awaiting trial), or pending disciplinary actions; candidates must consent to fingerprinting (at their own expense).
-The applicant’s name must not be listed on the sexual offenders’ register.
-Willingness to be assigned or relocated anywhere in Tshwane as needed, based on departmental management decisions.

Primary Functions
-Provide cashier support by processing payments in the system and completing daily cash reconciliations.
-Respond to public inquiries regarding AARTO and by-law notices.
-Perform data entry for AARTO, Section 341, and Section 56 notices.
-Carry out administrative tasks as required.
