Job Purpose
To carry out efficient and effective administrative duties within the Administrative Bureau Section.
Application Requirements
-Grade 12 qualification.
-Relevant experience in an administrative setting.
-NaTIS user registration is considered a bonus.
-Proficiency with computers.
-No criminal record (except for convictions related to political activities from a previous era), no active criminal cases (e.g., awaiting trial), or pending disciplinary matters; candidates must agree to fingerprinting (at their own expense).
-The applicant’s name must not be listed on the sexual offenders’ register.
-Willingness to be assigned or redeployed anywhere in Tshwane as determined by departmental management needs.

Primary Functions
-Perform duties within the Administrative Bureau Section for the Section 341, Section 54, and Section 56 office, including handling admissions of guilt, filing documents, preparing the court roll, and processing repayments.
-Enter and manage AARTO notices.
-Handle repayments and reconcile statements.
-Execute daily tasks such as responding to inquiries, managing statutory administration, performing cashier duties, and archiving.
-Carry out general administrative responsibilities as needed.
