Support the operation of downstream equipment within the UHT Packaging OH department, contributing to efficient production processes.

-Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 qualification.

-Prior experience in a UHT Packaging OH factory is a plus.

-Must pass a Diagnostic Competency Assessment.

-Fluent in Business English.

-2–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG or food production, applying job-related concepts, techniques, and processes effectively.

-Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

-Delivers results with efficiency.

-Demonstrates integrity and reliability.

-Shows dedication and self-motivation.

Operate, oversee, and manage assigned downstream packaging equipment and tasks on the production line.

-Set up, initiate, monitor, maintain, and shut down packaging equipment within authorized limits.

-Track key parameters and address issues as they arise.

-Record data accurately on control sheets.

-Prepare equipment areas for maintenance and ensure proper reinstatement afterward.

-Generate job cards for unplanned maintenance needs.

-Execute daily and weekly production maintenance plans.

-Conduct sampling and testing to ensure packaging quality.

-Monitor essential metrics and troubleshoot problems.

-Log data on control sheets consistently.

-Uphold safety, health, environmental standards, and good manufacturing practices.

-Prioritize safety in all tasks.

-Keep downstream plant areas clean and organized.

-Follow energy-saving guidelines.
