RCL Foods is seeking an Admin Claims Clerk to join our Groceries & Spreads Business Unit. Based in Boksburg, this role reports to the Outbound Logistics Lead. SIQALO FOODS needs someone to ensure all claims are monitored and resolved promptly, follow up on outstanding Proofs of Delivery (PODs) for due claims, and confirm that the DHL Warehouse team provides timely feedback on customer-raised claims.

Minimum Requirements

-Diploma in Supply Chain.

-Knowledge of SAP and strong Excel skills are a plus.

-2 years of experience in FMCG or Supply Chain.

Duties & Responsibilities

-Maintain and update the claims tracker (categorizing as Open, In Progress, or Closed).

*Manage Woolworths back-to-back reverse logistics processes.

-Review the Woolworths Portal for delivery discrepancies.

-Process claims efficiently.

-Verify PODs received from VPT for shipments with discrepancies.

-Forward shipments with issues to the Warehouse team for investigation.

-Seek approval for every credit requiring processing.

-Coordinate with VPT to obtain outstanding PODs.

-Finalize shipments for replenishment loads.

-Scan PODs for replenishment loads into SAP.

-Oversee information and data management tasks.
