**Job Purpose**
Support store management in daily store operations, delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to all store policies and procedures.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
– Provide top-tier adidas customer service to every customer.
– Process sales transactions (cash, credit, checks, etc.) as needed.
– Verify paperwork against received items and assist with product ticketing.
– Support product flow from stockroom to sales floor as required.
– Help create merchandise displays or follow management’s display guidelines.
– Master the point-of-sale system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
– Utilize selling techniques (e.g., add-on sales, sharing technical product details) to boost sales and meet store/individual targets.
– Greet customers, assist in product selection, and occasionally act as a Greeter at the store entrance during peak times.
– Maintain general housekeeping standards.
– Ensure the safekeeping of company assets.
**Skills/Experience**
– Strong passion for retail and customer service.
– Proactive and able to take initiative.
– Clear, positive communication skills that convey enthusiasm.
– Flexible availability, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
– Previous fashion retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
