**Job Objectives:**
– Execute all POS operational activities efficiently and accurately.
– Ensure precise scanning of merchandise, payment collection, and application of ClubCard rewards.
– Handle cash securely at all times.
– Actively promote the Clicks ClubCard, enrolling new members to meet participation targets.
– Highlight promotions to boost sales and reinforce the “feel good, pay less” experience.
– Provide outstanding customer service as a brand ambassador, maintaining visibility and professionalism.
– Perform merchandizing and housekeeping tasks to meet store and visual standards.
– Support Clicks Group’s vision of being the leading health and beauty retailer by embodying company values.
– Stay informed about products, ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.

**Knowledge:**
– Basic mathematical calculations.
– Understanding of retail/FMCG merchandising and promotion principles.
