**Duties & Responsibilities**
**Deliveries:**
– Collect and deliver items to and from businesses.
– Confirm deliveries and collections via a logbook.
– Maintain accurate registers for goods and parcel collections/deliveries.

**Vehicle Maintenance:**
– Keep the vehicle in good condition through weekly checks and addressing minor issues promptly.
– Ensure the vehicle is clean.
– Conduct daily pre-use vehicle inspections.
– Ensure the vehicle’s license is valid and renewed on time by coordinating with management.
– Safeguard and use the petrol card according to company policy.

**Driving Duties:**
– Plan efficient delivery routes.
– Collect staff from designated pick-up points at the refinery when assigned.

**ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 – Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety Standards:**
– Adhere to Tsebo Facilities Solutions’ Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) Management System Policies and Procedures relevant to this role.

**Skills and Competencies:**
– Energetic and alert to identify issues.
– Honest, responsible, and self-motivated.
– Approachable and capable of working independently.
– Punctual, reliable, and customer-friendly.
– Quick and efficient in delivering mail and goods.

**Qualifications:**
– Grade 12.
– Valid driver’s license (PDP preferable).
– 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
