Key Purpose

Our Commissions Department is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that daily transactions are accurately processed and evaluated in line with internal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Capturing intermediary details for both individual and non-individual contracts on the system
  • Adding new broker intermediaries to the system
  • Managing transfers of intermediaries between brokerages

  • Applying manual overrides as required
  • Managing the Commissions Legal inbox and processing incoming emails
