### **Key Focus Areas**

#### **1. Operational & Financial Effectiveness**

* Manage fund administration tasks aligned with company and branch financial standards.
* Monitor and control expenses within branch limits.
* Proactively reduce the risk of PI (Professional Indemnity) claims through accurate work.
* Perform monthly contribution reconciliations for Pension and Provident Funds.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date member data.
* Ensure compliance with Section 13A reporting.
* Process various claims, including bulk transfers and direct housing loans (where applicable).
* Prepare monthly reports for client meetings and complete admin reports and member statements as required.
* Handle recognition of transfer documentation and allocate accordingly.
* Identify changes in fund structures and prepare necessary documentation (e.g., rates, fees).
* Support financial year-end processes for assigned funds.
* Regularly monitor and act on risk reports.
* Maintain daily email and query turnaround standards.
* Support broader team tasks as required based on operational needs.

* Maintain up-to-date industry and product knowledge.
