Key Performance Areas (KPAs):
- Telephone Management:
- Promptly answering and professionally handling incoming calls.
- Efficiently routing calls to relevant departments or individuals.
- Taking accurate messages when required and ensuring timely delivery.
- Visitor Management:
- Welcoming and assisting all visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ensuring all visitors are registered and directed appropriately.
- Front Office Maintenance:
- Maintaining a tidy, organized, and presentable Reception area at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric qualification (preferred).
- 1–2 years’ prior experience in a Receptionist or Front Desk role within the security industry.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other South African language.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deal with people in a tactful and diplomatic manner.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
