Key Performance Areas (KPAs):

  • Telephone Management:
    • Promptly answering and professionally handling incoming calls.
    • Efficiently routing calls to relevant departments or individuals.
    • Taking accurate messages when required and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Visitor Management:
    • Welcoming and assisting all visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
    • Ensuring all visitors are registered and directed appropriately.
  • Front Office Maintenance:
    • Maintaining a tidy, organized, and presentable Reception area at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric qualification (preferred).
  • 1–2 years’ prior experience in a Receptionist or Front Desk role within the security industry.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other South African language.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deal with people in a tactful and diplomatic manner.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
