Position Overview
The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting clients, handling administrative tasks, maintaining office professionalism, and supporting management with documentation, reporting, and coordination. This role is key to ensuring the branch operates efficiently and complies with Fidelity policies and administrative standards.

The Receptionist will be responsible for the following core duties:
1. Front Desk Operations & Client Interaction
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff.

5. Branch Support & Internal Coordination
- Act as the communication link between branch staff and head office.
- Assist the Operations and Admin teams with ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Communicate important updates, notices, or procedural instructions to employees.
- Build professional working relationships with colleagues across departments.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following:
Education
- Matric / Grade 12
- Relevant certification or diploma in Business Administration, Reception, or Office Management is an advantage.
Experience
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or front‑desk roles (branch‑level experience is advantageous).
- Exposure to a service‑driven or fast‑paced environment preferred.
